Please note: You must be wearing a Club Uniform shirt or the 40th Celebration shirt to be eligible to participate in the Club Championship
No other shirt or jacket is permitted

  2. Click on the Uniform Order Form button to download a printable version and provide it along with full payment to the SVAC Membership Officer at the clubrooms.
